Our HOP Courses

Introduction to HOP - 1 Day Course

The course provides a comprehensive overview of the philosophy and benefits of HOP. It  covers The 5 Principles, Organisational Drift, the W.I.T.H. model, the anatomy of an event, error and error reduction tools.

HOP Practitioner -
3 month Course

This course creates HOP practitioners who will be the go-to people in organisations able to implement positive changes. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the philosophy of HOP and learn tools and techniques to drive operational excellence. 

Introduction to HOP (E-Learning)

An introduction to the fundamentals of HOP including, The 5 Principles, Organisational Drift, the W.I.T.H. model, the anatomy of an event, and errors.  The modules are designed to be completed in ‘mico-learning’ sessions at a pace and time that suits the learner.

Error Reduction Tools for Knowledge Workers (E-Learning)

A follow  on from the Introduction to HOP. It is designed for ‘Knowledge Workers’ (KW) and explains their part in errors. It also covers the most commonly used Error Reduction Tools (ERTs) for KWs and the reasons and benefits of using them in a variety of conditions.

Error Reduction Tools for Plant Touchers
(E-Learning)

A follow on from the Introduction to HOP and is designed for frontline workers, or ‘Plant Touchers’ and provides practical methods and techniques for anticipating, preventing, and catching errors.
