The course follows on from the Introduction to HOP. It is designed for ‘Knowledge Workers’ (KW) and explains their part in errors. It also covers the most commonly used Error Reduction Tools (ERTs) for KWs and the reasons and benefits of using them in a variety of conditions.

This course outlines the key role KWs have in preventing the errors they make that are less obvious and can have far reaching effects.
The course describes the reasons for using Error Reduction Tools (ERTs) and outlines how the ones that are best suited to KWs in a variety of situations.
