The participants will gain a deep understanding of the philosophy of HOP and learn how to design and implement practical, tangible tools and techniques to drive operational excellence within their organisation.

Course Programme
The course delivers the richest learning experience over the shortest timescale to generate enthusiasm and purpose in the delegates.
It begins with 4 eLearning modules that provide a simple introduction.
Each of the modules comes with micro-experiments and a learning log. This creates awareness of workplace realities and identifies problems.
After time to assess the effects of the micro-experiments, the learning is concluded during a week in the classroom. This is where the delegates consolidate findings, and share learnings to help plan an effective HOP Integration plan to solve issues by ‘fixing the system’.
Coaching post-training is available as an optional add-on to help delegates with their integration and training plans. Please get in touch via the button below to discuss your requirements.
