Course Programme
This course covers the reasons for using Error Reduction Tools (ERTs) and how different ones are suited to different situations. The course covers the most commonly used ERTs and also outlines the reasons and benefits of using ERTs in a variety of conditions. The course also describes how to use each ERT.
