Course summary

Learning Teams are a worker-focused engagement approach to problem identification and resolution, exploring and learning from normal work and operational innovation to support continuous improvement of operational excellence. The 2 day facilitation concentrates on the theory then practical hands-on training. The optional third day priovides an opportunity to review your organisation’s existing investigation processes as this helps to develop clear ways to integrate the HOP approach.

Course details

An optional eLearning module covers the basic concepts and structure of Operational Learning Teams (OLT) prepares the delegates for the classroom sessions enabling deeper undersatanding from the start.

This classroom workshops develop the delegates to a high level of organisational maturity to a facilitating a Learning Team event.
